Great place to go! My dentist, Dr. Frisch, is the best, and his assistants are amazing as well. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office! & Mesa location βββββ

Everyone I've encountered here has been kind and helpful. I appreciate Dr Fletcher and his assistant. I needed some tooth extractions and they explained everything and reassured me, as I was very nervous. The procedure went smoothly and I am healing nicely.

Update: I wanted to update my latest experience compared to what I wrote below. My last 3 visits at Native Health have been MUCH better. I donβt know if it was because of the 1-star review I left previously, but things have improved. It really is a hit-or-miss depending on which front reception staff member or provider you get, but if you encounter an issue, donβt give up. Keep advocating for yourself and connect with the right people because there are people there who truly do want to help. One example: I had an appointment where I was told they would refer me to the eye clinic. I waited 3 months and nothing happened. I finally called and connected with the referral coordinator, only to find out the referral was never actually submitted. He listened, looked into it, called me back, worked with me, and helped get the process moving again. I also saw Amy about a month ago when I became severely sick. She diagnosed me with a bacterial infection, viral infection, and 2 ear infections all at the same time. She fought for me with my insurance and pharmacy because they were saying the medications she prescribed were too strong. She advocated for me and made sure I received the treatmen

They have no compassion or empathy towards those with mental health issues. needed antibiotics, had really bad anxiety about needing my prescription filled due to my health & just needing antibiotics right away. Had my telegraph appointment, she told me it would be filled that day. I showed up to the pharmacy the next day & it still wasnβt filled. I have an infection, I need antibiotics & anxiety around my health & theyβre just playing games & being neglectful. I had to show up physically in office to get this resolved because everyone over the phone is incompetent & literally they donβt care unless youβre in their face directly telling them to do their job. Healthcare system is a joke. They have one job, canβt even do that.

Felt shady being seen here. The front office staff was really nice, but the medical staff here DO NOT care about your privacy. As I sat in the waiting area, listening for my name to be called, one of the medical staff approached a male patient on the other side of the room and began to discuss his STD TREATMENT, loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear. Youβre probably not going to have any privacy in the exam rooms either; while I waited for the doctor to come in, I could hear two female Dr/PAs talking about a patient, not like discussing best treatment for a patient, more like taking behind their back/ complaining. I know doctors and medical staff have their days, but as a patient it made me very aware that this establishment probably values me only for my CIB. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place to others based on my experience.
